Day 3 for me - I am on catch up, but still very pleased with how I am managing to keep going - the daily reminders are great, thank you 😀

Post marathon I intend to jump back on the core strength wagon

More yoga too. Winter is coming which mans no plot time, or not very much, so can get my body in better shape

It must be doing me some good. Cut my run short yesterday as abdominal muscles I didn't know I had were aching. Then the gps cut out but the day was saved by lots of piles of leaves to shuffle through. Did occur to me later that they were quite neat piles maybe they had been swept up.
