Wet and windy but I'm off and out

I love Saturday mornings and the whole parkrun vibe, but today will be extra special as our second c25k intake will be doing their graduation parkrun.

I can remember how apprehensive I was back in May when I did my first one. I was lucky enough to have nice weather and a flatter course. I'm sure they will all smash it though, even if they need a few power walks to get them through.
