Three runs since last Saturday, 13k, 9k, and 9k respectively. Didn’t mean to run so long today but it was so crisp and clear out there it was intoxicatingly enjoyable (even at my relatively slow pace)two days rest now albeit for a bit if cycling. Chuffed :)

Three great runs, that is a really good distance since Saturday. Good idea to enjoy two rest days :)

That's some great distances.

Be careful though.

Many new graduates feel they are superheroes, while, if you were new to running when you started C25K, then you are still a very new runner and doing too much too soon is a sadly familiar tale.

I would suggest that you would be much safer just running 5ks for a few weeks before pushing the distance and then you should comply with the 10% rule to keep that injury risk minimal.

Take care.
