Day three

Exercise 3 routine

7 mins

1 minute of each exercise

( 30 seconds each side if needed)

Squats two or single legged

Calf raises

Back raises

Side lying leg raises

Close grip wall push-ups

Obliques

Inner thigh stretch

Feel free to double up to 14 mins if you are feeling it today 😀.

Remember that pain is not acceptable. Push yourself but if it hurts stop.

Are we not on exercise 3 routine today, I did ex2 yesterday - I must be in a muddle!😊

Yes we are and thanks for letting me know. I have changed it round. I need to find an easier way to put the post up each night as I’m tired and as you can see prone to mistakes. I have now saved it to a ipages file so that might make it easier. Sorry.

No need to apologise! I hope you have found a way to make it easier. I am very grateful - haven't missed a day yet and even did a couple of planks on the rest day! 😊
