It has been brought to my attention that the core work pictures are not easy to use and need to be presented slightly differently to make the follow along easier.

Healthunlocked have given me a new way to do this but it will take a couple of days to get sorted and I need to do some graphic work and web design to go with it. I am going to be putting a link to my website. ( when I say website, it is a hobby I started in January that didn't go very far but it will be perfect for this)

I am on the case though, so by then end of the week we should have all three exercise schedules in an easier format to follow.
