I use MapMyFitness on my phone to track my workouts, it accepts tracking information from my Garmin.
And then the Health App on my phone uses MapMyFitness as a source of data.
With me so far?
So why - not that I’m too bothered - does the Health App then NOT get all the info that the Garmin provided?
For your amusement, I provide you with a screenshot of last Saturday when, according to said Health App, I only burned 72 calories even though it knows - on some level - that I ran 10K 🤣🤣🤣

Don't you just love technology! After your 10k I would say you could have a large slice of cake. Based on technology you might be able to lick the spoon lol. Great app for weight loss I guess!
73cal's you need to pull your finger out and start working!
I do a similar thing only mine is Sunnto-Strava-Fitbit I wear fitbit constantly apart from when running/cycling/swimming when I wear my Suunto running watch. But fitbit will pull all the data in from Strava and work out the correct cal's, steps and flight of stairs but won't show me HR data.
Although flight of stairs is a bit misleading it should be done in elevation gained as cycling/running uphill adds loads of flights of stairs, I can understand it cant tell the difference when going up some stairs or running up a hill.
