Ran home from work as I threatened. Very pleased with myself. First +10K. Would have been quicker if I didn’t have to wait for greenwich foot tunnel lifts but there was no way I was taking the stairs.

Wow, that's a long way. Well done.

Well done on the run. It makes it easier to fit into life if you can run to or from work. Did you have a backpack? I see several people running up to work with huge backpacks which must be very sweaty and uncomfortable!

ah - that makes sense - I usually just bring my housekey and my health card (just in case) when I head out from home for a run.

Super run. Well done. And far better for you than being in an over crowded germ filled tube train 😊

Whoohoo! That's impressive! The distance alone is amazing, but to run that distance home after work is awe-inspiring.

Wow! That's fantastic and quite a distance. I haven't ventured past 10k yet (and I think we started about the same time). How did you find it?

It was ok. I didn’t really have much choice as I went passed the point that I could get a train home. I had only done 10K before and this was probably too far, but I did it. Got to the hill up to home and stopped strava as I just couldn’t do any more!
