Hi everyone, I am only 1 run away from graduating from the Couch to 5k, and just starting to think about what's next. I am worried that my motivation will decline if I don't have a target and/or someone telling me to run or walk in my ear So just wondering if anyone has used a 5k to 10k app? Any recommendations? Thanks so much!

I graduated back in June. I spent the following few weeks and months doing Parkruns, running 5k and I joined an Athletics club.
I have only really now started training for 10K. I run 3 times a week, sometimes 4. 1 of those runs I extend by 0.5 to 1 km each week.
My advice would be to get used to running without the C25K plan. Run for a couple months first getting used to 5k distance before moving on. Try Parkrun, it's a great way of staying motivated. Run twice a week during the week and run a Parkrun at the weekend. You can compete against yourself to try and beat PB times. It's social too and good fun.
