Sounds good to me, very organised 😊 . I have always wondered why it is called 'spinning' never tried it.....do you spin to music, with others / instructor or your own pace? Just out of interest what exercises are you doing?
Snds organised but am just getting into it. Its called spinning I think because the front wheel whizzes rnd. To music ...un a dark room with a few lights. Music playing. You do 45 mina of cycling emulating fast...slow heavy climbing....un saddle out of saddle etc. Furst time I did it I vowed NEVER AGAIN.
I love it but not been for a year. Hioung to be brave and go tomorrow
Using light weights i do arm and leg exercises. If u want gd ones there a u tube site u can download. Callled blogalates and theres a nonthly calendar. Called Cassie Ho she does it and there are other workouts for whatever bodylpart you want to improve
I need to loose about two stone so want to get in a gd routine but not iverdo it. I have let things slip over the last few years
Good luck. Try spin but dont expect to be perfect for 4-6 wks
