I officially came second in my age group yesterday in the 10K Brisbane Bridge to Brisbane in the time of 51 minute 53 seconds. I thought that was quite a good effort - seeing as how I didn't actually run in the event! and watched the big fight down at the local pub :) . I did sleep very well last night though - I think I will run races like this again in the future.

Ha ha - no wear on the trainers, no rushing to get there, no worrying about what to eat beforehand...? Excellent! :D
