Well that was fun. I just did a 7K, my first run in proper rain for ages! I feel sort of invincible when I run in the rain, and slightly crazy ... running past all these gloomy people with their hoods out and their brollies up ... and me just getting drenched in a t-shirt and leggings! You don't realise how wet you are until you get in!

Yep... me... before 7 this morning... across my fields..got soaked.. only 3 K but blooming wonderful! 
No rain for me today - 3k in the blazing heat (28 degrees C). Much prefer rain!
The rain washes the sweat away and cools you down. Win win.
Rain? I wish 
l ran at 35c this morning, simply had to stop after 4.5k, humidity was overpowering and l feared cramps. All is well in the end, cooled down in the Adriatic (mid twenties sea temperature, don't ask). Back on the rain front, l love it when it happens when running, it's calming, almost meditative and we get wet when running anyway Best to all!
I have already had three runs in the rain this week.....torrential downpours not just drizzle (I like looking a people's faces when they drive past!) - fun
I used to run in all weathers but would definitely say that I am more of a fair weather runner now. I had a mile and a bit cool down walk to do yest and it started pelting down right at the start of it. Had to go and hide in a bus shelter but still managed to get soaked when I started going again.
