Hi guys, my sister in law is training for a HM in September and struggling to stay motivated without a running buddy, I know how much I need mine. she's up to 13k runs fairly slowly and she's a very bubbly positive person. If any of you at near sheringham or know of local trail groups etc please let me know and I will put her in touch. Thanks
