I took a break from running to any plan (and posting on the forums) as it seemed too much pressure, but it seems I have been doing quite well really. Out of curiosity I looked at my distances over June and July (all in kilometres, three runs a week - the 5's were parkruns)
So I think I may be ready to do the ju-ju- plan soon.
I have been running mostly to the Audiofuel Polyrunner tracks. They are in 10 minute bites with an optional walk between each section. I just set out and run whatever I feel like and usually do more than I planned unless it was very hot because that was hard work.Today I ran the full 60 minutes at 162bpm (with hills) so it is time to move to the 164bpm track. Maybe next week because we are going to a music festival on Thursday and I will be running with my husband who will hopefully finish week 6 of C25K tomorrow, so I will probably be doing week 7 with him.
Hi runaround sue .congrats on your achievements ! Your doing great. I hope I can do just as good. I did RFL last Sunday 5k in 40mins. I wasn't too happy with the time and thought i could have got it to 38 or 39. However still room for improvement . I'll be 60 next year so I think I'm not doing to bad. 😄😄
My goal now is to go for 10k which I have started a running plan kindly pointed out to me from Bazza. So I've started the first week and it's quite good.
I was wondering what is the auto fuel polyrunner thingymigig ! 🤔you speak about and were can I download d it from.
