Exactly one year ago today, I ran the Gold Coast Half Marathon youtube.com/watch?v=ouXbMaL... -- but today, all I could do was to watch the 10,000 half marathoners and 6000 full marathoners go by. It was actually a fun day - with many of our parkrun friends and running club friends who could not or were not for their own reasons also participating. I am almost as tired tonight as if I had been in the race ??
