Hello, I have just completed couch to 5k and am on to the Stepping Stones podcasts. Are there any podcasts for building up from 5 to 10k?

If you have only just finished C25K, then it is a good idea to have a few runs just for the pleasure of running for a while... and definitely , some consolidation of the thirty minute runs is a really, really good idea Take some time on that
C25K has started the running process, and it takes time to build up our stamina and our running strength.
Then, when you feel that is working... the C25K+ podcasts, which you have found... are really useful. Stepping Stones, and Stamina and Speed all have their merits. Each one creating a discipline and a contribution to our running journey.
Take it very steady and build up slowly... remember the 10% rule, and then when you have spent some time working on your runs,the Bridge to 10K programmes are various
Just like C25K, the route to 10K, is a slow and steady process... but, just as much fun
The C25k plus podcasts are fab and I still love the speed one for getting faster.... then you could work up to 10k by increasing one of your runs each week, not allowing your weekly mileage up by more than 10%... and most importantly enjoy your running 😎
