I did a one back in march, a marathon distance over the month. It was a great incentive to keep my miles up!

I just did the Run 22 for Solidarity in memory of the people who lost their lives in the MEN Arena attack.

Just signed up for this too in Sept virtualrunneruk.com/product...! A 400m swim, 10k cycle and a 2.5k run, the cycling and running I confident in doing, the swim I need to work on to get swim fit but its a manageable distance in a pool. I did my 10K Runners Roulette VR today, was as tad warm at 21deg, so got a good sweat on total distance was over 11k..💪😊

Yeay go you!!! I start the last week of my 10K revisited plan on Sunday..wondering whether I should use this Runner's Roulette to see if it the plan has helped my style and speed a tad ?

I signed up for it last week... ( Just seen your bling :)) and hoping to do it tomorrow.. weather permitting.. I have been out today, ( raining) to suss out the route, as there is a bit I have never been on before... I shall go slow and steady
