Well this is my first post on here and I'm loving running further. I ran 3 times 15 minutes and have completely changed my route and that feels good also a few more slight hills and they feel fine. Will get to 10K and then the half marathon 😂

Welcome Ayupmeduck sounds similar to what I did - just keep trying a bit more see where it takes you. Good luck reaching 10k and that eventual half marathon! I've got 10k in the bag now I reckon, so I'm now trying the same sort of distance on trail rather than road as my next step. There's lots of options to play with once you reach the longer distances. Let us know how it goes
