Woke up to rain...

... but by the time I'd driven half an hour up the road to where I was due to meet up with my fellow Canicrossers it had stopped. And by the time we'd finished our (nearly) 6k it was hot and sunny. We were in the woods so it wasn't too bad, but I think that we won't be risking any more runs at 9am in the near future; we'll all have to just start getting up earlier.

Yes, we're at that point now where we're all going to have to set the alarm if we want to get a cooler run in

I think tonight will probably be my last Canicross run at 7pm as well. It was far too hot and humid for me, let alone the dogs.
