Morning all.

I have a 10k race on Sunday, but I have that chimp on my shoulder saying, nah.....not for you this time Mrs!

I am trying to tip him into the gutter but he is hanging around a bit I'm afraid!

Mind you Ive invited RWD to perch on my other shoulder for an outing, maybe she will see him off for me 💪🏻
