Week 2 catchup....

Been a busy week, but Week 2 of my Endomondo 10K programme was completed on schedule.... Monday I did a 12 minute test (ie run like the clappers for 12 minutes, with warmup and warm down either side), which it uses for checking your fitness; Friday 2x1.6km interval run (total covered 6K), then an easy-paced 5K last night. How bizarre that seems to say - this time last year I was looking at the Couch to 5K podcasts I'd downloaded, and wondering if I really could do it (I actually did the first one, indoors running round the house, on 12th May), and last night I did 5K in about 36 minutes and felt like I was barely sweating when I finished - could certainly have gone futher or faster.... So far it all seems to be going well, this week steps things up a little though with 4x1km intervals at 6:40 pace, 3x1.6km intervals at 6:48, then another easy 5K..... Today however it's Stregth and Flex, and walk the dog!
