Be kind to yourself - it's not that long after your Half and all the training that goes in to that. Bet the next run will be better - stay positive🏃🏽♀️🙂

Oh dear, sorry to hear that you are feeling disappointed with your run. That doesn't sound a bad time for 10k, well for me anyway! Try and keep positive I am sure your next run will be much better

Sorry you're feeling disappointed. Do you know why you had to walk? Did you run out of puff? Legs tired? Just CBA? I don't know what you'd normally complete a 10k in (I dream of running 10k in 1 hr 11 ) but you mention that you haven't run 'properly' for a few weeks so perhaps you're just out of the habit mentally after the effort that was Brighton? Can you try something completely different and just go and enjoy a run again, no pressure? I hope you have a great next run.

Ran out of puff I think. Got a stitch at about 5k. it was also cross country have mostly been road running. Going to try a gentle 5k on the sea front in the morning
