Taking it easy!

I have been increasing my runs from three to four times a week and also adding sneaky kilometres too. Thanks to you all for suggesting I watch it, this week I will still run four times but 4 x 5k and let my chunky legs have a bit of a rest! It's so good to just relax and enjoy running, what do you do for a running treat?

It seems sensible not to overdo it! But sometimes it's difficult to be sensible.

Think you've had some injury before through over doing it, so yes, watch it!😊

good and sensible plan.... my running treat is to run by the sea or a leisurely run in the woods :)

I am so enjoying running, it seems the only sane thing I am doing right now and it is releasing stress and it is actually fun (can't believe I said that!)
