Apologies for the delay in getting this to you... I am not great at graphics but here goes for your certificate. A huge well done to everybody that took part!!!I hope you found it helpful.
Would anybody like me to do another 6 week programme? Would you find this helpful in getting you to 10K?

At the bottom of the page are pinned posts 'c25k up to 10k' weeks 1-5 and last week. We covered three different distances each week, building up to 10k. Have a go!!
I've done 10K events before but after 8 months out with injury last year and totally starting again at C25k in December I really didn't know how I was going to manage a 10K in early April (pre booked before injury).....until I found your plan that is. I'm currently on Wk3. It fits in really well with my life (i.e. i can still do parkrun every week) and I feel totally confident that my upcoming 10K is going to be a piece of cake. So for me your plan has been super helpful. Thanks Ju-ju!
Yep - still doing fine. My 10K is in 10 days time. I have tweaked the programme a bit as I went straight through repeating C25k after injury into your 10K plan and my body told me I needed an easier week. I pushed wk3 to 7.5k & no long runs in Wk 4. Then I've just got back from my long run of wk5 which I did 8.5k. Because I've done 10ks before I'm happy with that as my last long run before the event.
What I haven't ever done before though is run 10K straight. All my other events I did as run/walk so I'm really pleased to have actually run 8.5k this morning (including a big hill!).
I think I've been able to do that because I trust your plan like I trust Laura - thanks ju-ju!
Yes please. I am doing a 10k race at the end of April. I am building up my distance but haven't managed more than 7k yet - and that's without any hills ! Wish me luck
Thanks Ju-Ju - Your programme gave me that bit of focus, support and accountability to get me there. It came just at the right time, about 4 weeks after I'd completed C25K. I've done ~6 10ks now with a best time of 55mins so very pleased with my progress, although not always getting my three runs a week in due to work pressures..... Working on getting to 10 miles now and having some real running adventures... Cheers and good luck
Yes... did my first 10 miler last weekend in 1hr 34min with quite a climb in the first half... I've decided to back off the distance a little bit for a couple of weeks and then start building to a hm distance. No races planned yet.... but got my eye on the Conwy Half in November, beautiful coastal route I know well. Cheers
ju-ju- is there a summary of this? I started it but just wasn't ready. I may be now (well in august after my holidays, I will run when away but the schedule may go awry).
I ran 8k last week and 7k today, with parkruns and shorter runs between, so I think I have mostly remembered your advice.
I want to do a 10k next June (maybe sooner if a suitable one comes up).
