What's the hardest, from zero to 5KM or 5KM to 10KM?
6 of 1.....: What's the hardest, from zero to... - Bridge to 10K
6 of 1.....
The one that you're working on! π
From zero to 5K is by far the toughest unless you were fairly fit at the time of starting C25K. By the time you are able to run 5K non-stop you already have a decent cardio/aerobic base and the build-up to 10K from there is a matter of small incremental gains.
0 to 5k, I think. βΊ
0 to 5k. Definitely. If you can do 5k they say you can get to 10k relatively quickly.
O to 5k. Deffo π€
0-5k I'd say. BUT 5-10k is tough too......I'm nearly there π
Another vote for 0-5.
I'd say 0-5 because it involves getting off the couch and getting into the habit of running. Having said that, it took me 14 weeks to get to 5k and, 14 weeks on from 5k I haven't made it to 10k yet but I think that's got a lot to do with winter getting in the way.
Yep, zero to regular running is far harder than increasing regular distance.
For me, 0-5k was the hardest because it was all so new to me. Getting from 5-10k was just slowly but steadily making small increases and I was fitter by then
Zilch to 5k well hard if not done anything before..
Definitely 0-5 after that it just seems to happen I now prefer to do a 10k run rather than 5k.
I found 5 to 10 tough on Sunday,a bit like the 3-4 on a 5K . All in the mind!
Defo another vote for 0-5km.
