So happy

I have a week off and will be spending time with my husband and 17 year old daughter. Work has been really tough recently and this break is very welcome!

We'll be at home the first part of the week and we'll do a long leisurely run on Monday (about 10/11k). Then we're off to Devon and meeting up with friends. I'm sure we'll find a 5k loop near Woolecombe although it might be a bit more hilly than we're used to!

We'll be coming back on Saturday, after we've visited the Barnstaple parkrun.

i can't wait for a week of good company, good food (!) and good running with all three of us - sounds like we're set for a perfect week 😀

Happy running everyone!
