Half in two weeks do I have a rest weekend or train? Should I do a short run?

I'm no professional but I would rest it. It won't make any difference to a half in two weeks if you have the time off but if you don't and you should of it will be a big impact. It is very common to get nigggles before an event. My last two events I left the last training weeks to rest, I think it happens because we work hard towards our events maybe a bit harder then we should and then we start to get nervous and feel every niggle. I call it the taper terrors and I just slow down when they come and it's always helped. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. I am going to go for a walk instead today.
