Struggling on!

I'm only fitting in a couple of runs a week at the moment and have found it tough to run for the full 30 minutes, never mind 5k. However today I set off determined to run for 30 minutes, and then kept going until I got to 5k. It took me almost exactly 40 minutes, but I was so happy to make it!

Yeay!! -- Now you know that you can do it - you just have to keep on doing it. Nice and slow - take it easy. Maybe listen to something interesting as you run - I find that podcasts about different aspects of History distract me from the "pain of running " :)

Congratulations, that sounds great. It's sometimes good to have a target to aim at and you smashed it 😀

Well done Hidden ! Just work on consolidating your 30 min runs and 5ks. No hurry, you will gain fitness and stamina. It took me several months before I decided to move on.
