Woohoo 7km today, the ground finally defrosted enough. Hate running on ice. It felt good to do a 7km I haven't done one in ages.

Struggling this week :-(. Couldn't go to park run on Saturday as no transport so thought I would do my own PR of 5k locally. Really struggled and nearly gave up which is unusual for me as can run 5k quite comfortably now, even if not at the speed of Usain Bolt. Now have barking cough and tight chest so haven't run since (cold and damp here) and am starting to go stir crazy. Will try and get out tomorrow as really worried that I will lose motivation and fitness if I don't. Getting very grumpy now - will go on a chocolate search to see if that helps
