Almost there

After Christmas it was hard to get back into my routine. I started off on Thursday hoping for a longer run , and a new watch to try out . After the first 2k the gremlins disappeared my legs stopped aching my breathing better . And feeling great reached 9k I've got to 10k before but just been doing short runs so pretty pleased with that result , it helped that my husband came with me. And the watch tracked everything without the aid of my phone .

So hopefully on my run days the weather will be kinder don't mind the cold but not sure about icy pavements .
