Hi. Not been on this forum for I don't know how long having completed C25K with Laura some 4 years ago now. What are the podcasts people are talking about now e.g. Sam Murphy? Where do I find them? Looking for new inspiration to put a spring in my step! Thanks.

I have uploaded a variety of Podcasts... Take a look on the following link for more info.

I downloaded the Sammy Murphy ones on to my pc yesterday and then onto my iPhone, under music. Andy - I just wanted to say thank you for these, just what I needed and I know lots of others on the forum have also used your links 👍🏼
Thanks for the links Andy. Ages ago I'd downloaded a Bridge to 10K app but I think, from memory, it ran with your own music and the only instructions were the occasional Walk, Run, Walk over the music. Does this Samantha one have instructions - like Laura? I guess that's what I'd really like. It kept me motivated.
Although now I've said this, I've run the Great South Run twice which is more than 10K I think. So what I really need is a half or marathon trainer!
There are lots of training plans out there for longer distances. MyAsics are amongst the most popular and certainly did the trick for me.
