So I hit 8 miles I had a goal of hitting 100km in jan but I hit 95 in December so I'm going to aim for 110km instead which I think is doable! Struggling with longer routes I hate running more than 3-4km in one direction I get bored! Any advice?

Sounds like you're doing great Sara. For my longer runs I tend to spend some time studying google maps and sampling different distance calculations until I find a route that ticks th boxes. If you're into off road running, an annual subscription to the OS online 1:25000 maps will give you tons of route planning options.

Try and find some circular routes! Vary the starting point for your run. Get some different music on - I find all these can help if I feel I'm in a rut.
