7.5K for the first time

Hi All,

Had a great 7.5K run this morning, my longest yet, prior to this I had only completed 4 x park runs since graduating and a few other 5K max runs in my area. Decided to take it slow and run to time rather than distance. I ran for 60 mins and was delighted to find I had covered 7.5K in this time. To think, I started the c25K in September and now I can run for an hour!!!! So grateful for the support I get by reading all the comments here.

Happy New Year everyone.

10K here I come.....

It's all about taking it slow, speed comes later. Congrats on running 7.5k, that's a long way to come from c25k. But it sounds like you've consolidated on 5k with the parkruns etc. So 10k is definitely in your reach now :) Good luck :)

Wow, that is a great result. An hour is a long time to run, so well done you!
