Managed the furtherest I have run today. At 6.40 pace too 12.12 km. The sun was shining to make of even better. 11 weeks today

Good lass! Keep going nice and steady. I wouldn't worry about the pace if you are in pursuit of the distance. Crack the distance then worry about speeding up later. Good weather today! Just the ticket!

Well done Beccy, sounds like you're doing great.

I agree with Miss W, be careful about chasing speed and distance at the same time. I've learnt the hard way that it can be a recipe for exhaustion, and you'll be tremendously proud of your HM regardless of whether you spend a few minutes more or less.

Looking forward to hear how you're getting on with the training.
