Monday and Wednesday just a short 20 minute run on the treadmill, which is what was planned and then this morning a 5k run in the dark at silly o'clock. Todays run felt a bit laboured, or at least in my head because I didn't run a particularly good time, but on top of my injury woes I have had a cold. It never rains but it pours!!
Hopefully with a 2 week break from work at Christmas I can get some decent training in, but I am definitely not going to push it.
