Hi everyone, I've just found this board and am excited to see there is a follow up program for the c to 5k. My question, is there a particular podcast everyone follows like the NHS one for c to 5k? Or does everyone just do their own?
Thanks! Monica

I use a 10 k program from runningbug.com as dont like running with headphones.
Hi Ivawillow, there is a podcast like the c25k. It's called "bridge to 10k", hence the name of the forum
Having said that, many also just do their own thing and slowly increase distances as it fits with their other commitments.
You can find the links to various podcasts on this old NHS posting
healthunlocked.com/couchto5......
Thanks to AndyD
Hi Ivawillow ...
There are Bridge to 10k podcasts. I like the Sammy Murphy one (the first prompt on week 1 is a bit quiet) as the music is good and I like the format. There is a bluefin one too I think. They are similar to c25k in that you have very short walk breaks and build up slowly to run for longer distances/time.
If you go to the pinned posts I think you will find the link there. Look on c25k The announcement then follow the thread down to AndyD and he has posted the links to all the podcasts.
Good luck😊
