Due to Storm Angus the Brooks Brighton 10K has been cancelled. This would of been my first official bling. If the weather improves this afternoon maybe I will do a lone wolf 10k.

How disappointing for all those runners. The storm here in Southampton hit in the wee hours and has died out. Just a bit chilly which is making my daughter decide against running with me this afternoon, baa humbug! Enjoy your lone run blowing away the cobwebs!

What a bummer! I hope you've managed to get a run in anyway today. I live in London and they forecast all sorts that hasent materialised. I hope you get another date.
