Wow it was cold tonight, winter's truly here isn't it? Even so I had to get out and clear my head as Work's been rubbish this week. Previously I would have stuffed my face and downed a few gins - now 6.5k later and I'm in a great mood for the weekend - what a difference (Still had a cheeky G&T 😊)

Mood lifting is one of my favourite benefits of running and its cheaper than alcohol and without the headache later! Hope you have a better working week next week.
