Back from a week on Norfolk Island.

Beautiful quiet place with LOTS of history. A place which has gone from being HELL ON EARTH to PARADISE ON EARTH! One roundabout on the roads - no traffic lights or street lights - cows have right of way everywhere , and they are everywhere!!.

Got in 4x30 minute easy runs - the island is basically the top of an oceanic extinct volcano, so if I ran for more than 15 minutes in any direction from our hotel , I would start going down( to the water) , which would mean that to get home I would have to come back up!!

Off to parkrun tomorrow - for parkrun number 78!! I am now officially 70 - so have moved up an age group. Don't know whether that is good or not??

AAH, that looks lovely Bazza, sounds like the perfect place to me Congratulations on reaching 70, i guess you will get a great result for your age category and age grading so its all good and you are wearing well

It is good, now you don't have to compare yourself with those 60-year old youngsters. 😆
