Getting back into my stride again. For some reason I've had a massive wobble for three weeks. It's coincided with an attack of arthritis but it seems to be subsiding now. As usual I hear the words coming out of my mouth I really must work in my stretching. Happy running you all.
I'm glad the arthritis is settling down for you. Stretching is so good for us - I have started (again) with clams for my hip, and that made me think that I should be doing other stretches as well. I feel so much better when I do them, I don't know why I stop. Silly really.
I'm getting a bit worried about my upcoming schedule. I'm away so much from mid-November to mid-December and although I'll take my running kit on a couple of trips, it won't be possible on some of them. For one, the weather won't be nice enough to run outside and although the hotel has a gym, dreadmills scare me. Perhaps this is the time to learn to run on one without holding on! At least I'll be able to use the gym.
After getting back in my stride last week I've been knocked down with a bug. i did a 5k and 6k run last week, felt amazing, was hoping to go 7/8 maybe this week/ next week. But now I'm holed up in bed coughing my lungs out! Feels like back to square one every time something like this happens...
