Cunning plan!

I have managed to get rid of walk breaks on my 5k runs so today is my "long run" day! Drinking a cuppa, planning a route. I want to do at least 6k run and then 4 run-walking. Hope I make it. Pretty chilly today but guess I will soon warm up. What are you planning for your run today?

I did it, a 6km run and then was further from home than planned, so a further 6k run-walk. Feel tired but legs are fine so will have two rest days and run again on Tuesday now. Nice and steady wins the race, ok it is a solitary race against myself but it is still a race LOL

Nothing wrong with a two day rest.
