Hello, I'm on Week 5 now...managing the course well since 3 months on the IC. Really pleased to be moving on and cautious not to over do anything to bring the injuries back. I think I was silly to see what my next run involves on Tuesday though... Wk5, run 3, 20 mins really?! You must be joking!?😲
