After qualifying the C25K in August, I've been slowly and steadily building up the distance in readiness for a 10 mile run called "Bright10"in October. Ultimate aim for next year is HM and full Marathon. Two big ticks off the bucket list (if I manage it)!!

Sounds like a great set of goals to me! Good luck with your training.

Me too!

Good luck with the ten miler! That's a good distance to nail. Pace yourself and save something for the second half of the race as the last km can be tough!

A marathon can take four months to train for, so doing the two distances in one year is possible but hard work. Injury is the worst thing though so take care and don't push too hard in training

Happy running!
