Niggly knee, where did that come from?

Just a slight niggle so nothing to be concerned about. Will restart my strength and flex exercises again on rest days and put in an extra rest day, means I have to wait until tomorrow but my legs know best!

I think these things build up slowly. Strength and flex sounds like a plan.
