Getting better!

So I posted here a few weeks ago that I was a newbie and thought I would give you an update. I have run twice a week and now doing the full 5K. My best time for this was 37.59 minutes which I am happy with. I have also decided to take part in the My Marathon challenge for BHF where you have to cover 26.2 miles in the month of September. Definitely something to focus on and something I know I can achieve as long as I stick to doing 5K runs 3 times a week.

Brilliant and a good time too. I found 5k was enough of a challenge for some time and even now I run 2 X 5 plus a long run per week. Keeping a regular running commitment to three times a week is great

Great time, I'm also doing the marathon thing in September, just graduated and thought it would be a good way to keep up with the 5ks, which seem so hard and long, really hoping they will get easier! So we're on the same path:) good luck
