Good news Rob🙂! Fingers crossed! I seem to be back on track too - first 10k in a few weeks today and it felt GOOD!😀🏃🏻😀

I get a few aches & pains, they come and go, but don't bother me too much for running thankfully... take it easy!😊

Good! Take it steady, evaluate before getting back to it. The worst thing would be to go at it too soon and have to take time off again. That's a real bummer that is😕

Thanks misswobble all good so far, gradual increases on each run , daily exercises continuing 😊

I'm also slowly getting back on it, and still doing hip stretching exercises. Also itching to get back to 10k+ too, but need to be patient :)
