Parkrun & group run fun

Did Parkrun yesterday and got a PB for the particular Parkrun location, although very warm and I almost melted away!😎

On the group run this morning we covered 7km, again very warm, but plenty of shaded areas on the run, and enjoyed a few brief stops to enjoy the view's, such as this grade2 listed windmill at Shirley Hills opened in 1854..😊
