A quick update on my pains, looking better at the moment, no running for 8 days , daily exercises seem to be working, no flair up or pains for the last 2 days.
No running next week, carry on with exercises and if still pain fee a return to a gentle jog , fingers crossed Looking better
I think the strengthening is key to bring able to keep running. I hope it pays off soon and you'll once again be firing on all cylinders. Mind you once you can start running again I would restart in a modest way 😊
Fingers crossed it all goes well for you Rob. You're not missing much in this heat. It will have hopefully cooled down a bit before you head back out for your run.
