Decided to go out and travel 5k today, running all the time if I can, if I need to walk, still moving forward. If things are better than expected, will keep going at a slow pace and see how far I get. Trying my best is better than not trying at all!

This sounds promising Joolie! Taking it easy is actually quite difficult - you have to constantly remind yourself to stay slow. But it's worth it if you can get that 'I'm a runner' feeling back :)
