After my 10k event on Sunday, legs felt reasonable so wanted to go out for a 5k. Not very easy but ok across fields, through woodland and then some paths. Decided if I was u comfortable in my calves, would walk it out and only had to do that about 5 times but had some good bursts of running too. Massaging my legs before I went out seemed to help so will keep going - another 5k on Thursday and then a 10k on Saturday. Need to think about increasing distances as my HM in September (legs willing)!
