Met Nick Cussack at Parkrun this morning, it's great to meet members of this forum, I have to say I do take my hat off to him completing the London Marathon this year what an achievement! I seem to like this new Parkrun at Portsmouth Lakeside, I had a PB last week and topped it again this week what's going on? But what did please me more, was that I came second in my age group woo hoo old guys rule! official Parkrun time was 25:51 and finished 55 out of 135. Enjoy the weekend everyone! π
